OR D (i) ‘A’ Level Diploma under DOEACC (Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses) Programme or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer application offered under University Programme/ Post-Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Applications awarded by State Council of Technical Education or equivalent.
